Complete Palletizing Solution | FR20
Variants: with lifiting column
The Complete Palletizing Solution is designed to automate end-of-line palletizing operations while maintaining a compact footprint, high flexibility, and ease of deployment. Combining the FAIRINO FR20 collaborative robot, a dedicated palletizing structure, and intuitive configuration software, the system allows manufacturers to quickly adapt palletizing patterns to different box sizes, pallet formats, and production requirements.
Ideal for packaging lines and logistics operations, the solution helps reduce manual handling, improve ergonomics, and increase process consistency. Operators can easily create and modify pallet patterns through a user-friendly interface, minimizing setup times and maximizing productivity.
Ready for a Wide Range of ApplicationsWhether palletizing a single product or handling multiple SKUs, the system can be configured to meet a wide range of production requirements. Its modular architecture allows users to select the configuration that best matches the available floor space, required palletizing height, and target throughput. The result is a flexible and scalable solution that can adapt to evolving operational needs and support future business growth.
Highlights

Extended Vertical Reach
With the integrated igus lifting column, the FR20 Palletizer achieves palletizing heights of up to 2,370 mm, maximizing the use of vertical space and enabling higher stacking capacities. The lifting column provides a stroke range of 1,140–1,670 mm, ensuring flexibility for a wide variety of pallet sizes and production layouts.

Ready to Deploy in Hours
The FR20 combines intuitive palletizing software with drag-and-drop programming and operation via touchscreen, web app, or mobile devices. New pallet patterns can be created and adjusted quickly, allowing operators to start production with minimal training and no advanced robotics expertise.

Flexible and Easy to Integrate
Designed for dynamic industrial environments, the system can be repositioned by a single operator and seamlessly integrated into existing production lines. Support for Modbus, TCP/IP, digital I/O, and optional industrial protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP ensures smooth connectivity and future scalability.
