Compared to the standard IP54 version, the IP65 model provides enhanced protection against dust ingress and water jets from multiple directions. This makes the cobot well suited for production environments where dust, moisture, or regular washdown procedures are part of daily operations. At the same time, the technical performance of the FR16 remains unchanged. With a 16 kg payload, a reach of 1034 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.03 mm, the robot can reliably perform demanding material handling, assembly, and machine tending tasks. The combination of collaborative robotics and enhanced environmental protection significantly expands its range of industrial applications.

With a rated payload of 16 kg and a maximum payload capacity of 20 kg, the FAIRINO FR16 IP65 is suitable for applications involving larger workpieces, tools, or gripper systems. Its reach of 1034 mm provides a generous working envelope, supporting deployment at machines, conveyor systems, and assembly workstations.
