A série ROB-SET ECBPMi da Schmalz oferece soluções completas e prontas para conexão para aplicações de manuseio automatizado com robôs colaborativos e robôs leves. Cada kit é baseado no gerador de vácuo elétrico CobotPump ECBPMi e inclui todos os componentes necessários para uma integração rápida e simplificada: gerador de vácuo, adaptador de flange, ventosa e cabo de conexão.
Graças à geração elétrica de vácuo, não é necessário fornecimento de ar comprimido, tornando a instalação extremamente simples e econômica. Os kits são otimizados para as principais marcas de robôs do mercado, incluindo Universal Robots, FANUC, ABB, Dobot, igus e outras. Com o conceito Plug & Work e o software opcional URCap, o comissionamento é rápido, intuitivo e eficiente.
Perfeito para aplicações de pick-and-place, embalagem, montagem e bin-picking, especialmente para peças com superfícies estanques e peso de até aproximadamente 3 kg.

Plug-and-play vacuum handling for FAIRINO robots
The ECBPMi FAIRINO from Schmalz has been specially developed for rapid integration with FAIRINO lightweight robots and enables immediate implementation of automated pick-and-place processes. All components are optimally coordinated with one another, reducing engineering, procurement and assembly costs to a minimum. Thanks to the integrated electric vacuum generator, there is no need to connect to a central compressed air supply, which reduces installation costs and allows new automation applications to be implemented flexibly. The pre-configured complete set significantly speeds up commissioning and ensures reliable, reproducible handling of a wide variety of workpieces in production, assembly and logistics.
