O ABB IRB 920-6/0.55 é um robot SCARA de 4 eixos de elevado desempenho, com um alcance de 550 mm e uma capacidade de carga de 6 kg. Com uma repetibilidade até 0,02 mm e tempos de ciclo a partir de 0,31 segundos, é ideal para tarefas rápidas de pick & place, montagem e inspeção. O seu design compacto com cablagem interna reduz o espaço ocupado e facilita a integração em células de produção modulares.
O IRB 920 é compatível com os controladores OmniCore da ABB (E10, C30, C90XT) e suporta até 20 sinais de I/O, alimentação de ar integrada (6 bar) e comunicação Ethernet. Estão disponíveis variantes opcionais com proteção IP54 e certificação para salas limpas ISO5, adequadas para eletrónica, indústria farmacêutica e ambientes laboratoriais.

Routing all cables internally to remove cable interference also enables a compact footprint, minimizing installation space requirements.

A choice of 450, 550 and 650mm reach options meet the requirements for a range of different operations. An extended stroke of 300mm supports applications requiring additional vertical reach.

• Larger diameter air hose: The use of a larger diameter air hose provides additional power for vacuum suction, making it possible to handle multiple objects simultaneously.
Increased connections: Option of up to 20 I/O (Input/Output) connectors allows the use of more sophisticated grippers and end effectors for more complex applications.
