O igus SCARA RL-A9.0216 é um robot compacto de 3 eixos, concebido para tarefas de elevada precisão em ambientes laboratoriais e de automação de pequena escala. Com uma capacidade de carga de 0,5 kg, um alcance horizontal de 400 mm e um curso vertical de 360 mm, permite tempos de ciclo superiores a 6 operações por minuto. Fabricado com plásticos otimizados tribologicamente, oferece longa vida útil, baixa manutenção e uma redução significativa de custos.
O controlo é realizado através do opcional igus® Robot Control, disponível em versão armário de controlo ou para calha DIN. O software gratuito permite uma programação intuitiva e integração com diversos sistemas, como Modbus TCP/IP, ROS, Python, entre outros, garantindo uma rápida colocação em funcionamento. Em alternativa, cada eixo pode ser controlado individualmente através dos controladores de motor igus® dryve D1, sendo ideal para arquiteturas de controlo flexíveis.
Ideal para aplicações de pick & place, manipulação de amostras e ambientes educativos, o RL-A9.0216 integra-se facilmente em sistemas de automação modulares. O seu design leve e as opções de controlo abertas tornam-no especialmente adequado para automação laboratorial escalável e ambientes de prototipagem.
